I want to thank all staff CNA,Maintance,LVN all shift of waterman canyon i highly recommand anyone that come in stay here your in great care. A special thank you to activities department for always being there for me when i was at my lowest they always had way to cheer me up made me feel like i was home.

The worst place ever, neglected my mom all day and didn’t evaluate her or did any physical therapy at all for her. Medical negligence is illegal, dock that down because this is unacceptable and unprofessional. UPDATE: Withholding my mom’s medications that are prescribed to HER NAME and will not give them to her. That is also illegal!

As I can in to see my dad, he was the happiest patient in the facility. The CNA Swana Hafok was with my dad and he wanted me to leave this review because she went above and beyond and helped my dad and you should have more CNA’s like her. !!

Tiffany was my nurse wonderful person and does help job above . Has a great therapy team great wound care. They need to get a lot better cnas I had 2 or3 that did there jobs but they need to get better help in that area

Didn’t like this place at all I went to visit a patient there and the poor guy next to my friend was crying of pain and this lady nurse told him you don’t have to cry in bad way I told my friend to change and his looking for another place

I was a patient there couldn’t even last a day because they do treat patients really bad they use to scream at me I couldn’t even get up to go to the restroom and well I told them I had done the restroom in the diaper I had on they left me like more than seven hrs dirty if I could’ve put zero stars, I would and when I got there, a patient fell the one that was next to me and they left them there like 30 to 40 minutes in the floor

The wost place ever they dont take care of their patients really bad experience there that’s why they say don’t judge a book by his cover. It might look nice but it’s the worst place ever.0 stars they act like they’re not getting paid for what they’re doing

If the receptionist named Cookie isn’t there the phone doesn’t get answered. When and if they do answer they’re clueless, ignorantand extremly unprofessional. They’d better not ever lose her, because the place would fall apart without her. Honestly!!

I am very disgusted with this place as I walked in the facility i got the bad smell of urine and some other kind of smell I feel so bad for all the patients it seems so much like a hang for the staff they are just standing around talking laughing like they just getting that free money and the rooms are very dirty the beds are to close to the door I couldn’t even open my husband’s door I had to put his bed side ways so the door could open ( fire hazard ) the floors are real dirty their was a dead roach on the side of my husband’s bed the walls are also dirty then to top it off I never knew that they allow females with men.I went to see my husband their was a lady in her bed and her boyfriend introduced them selfs to me. The other gentleman said she’s in that room all day n most of the night and her boyfriend is also a patient there.come on now and also the staff is very rude.Then don’t let me forget the food they serve the food whenever they want and when it gets to my husband it’s cold as hell.

from december 5th 2016 until 2024, i, brandon kimble, was a patient there……….there was bad AAAND good……….downs AAAND “ups”……….i wouldnt change THEM EIGHT YEARS for all the money in the usa……………from nicolette aricelli & cherri REGINA JONES………. & “MAMA KOFE”(r.i.p.) to “LIL SIS” mafi & rose to christina, becky(wit da good”URR”), “MAMA” HELENA to “LIL SIS” nicoletta in activities who INSPIRED ME TO KEEP GOING(EVERYDAY I OPENED MY EYES THERE, even when i DIDNT WANT TO get out of my bed……….i miss my roommates WES & “BIG BUBBA” BRONSON………. #FAMILY #FOREVER……….

The casino outting was fun! The staff was there to support us in our experience. We went gambling, ate lunch or just sat back and enjoyed the scenery. Can’t wait for the next outing

In the past year I’ve been a patient here, I’ve been treated with the upmost care possible. The staff was nothing but great to me and I give thanks to Araceli Rodriguez the DSD for hiring such amazing CNAs. Without her leadership towards her staff I wouldn’t be able to move forward onto a new life experience. Thank you Morning CNAs for helping me in my time of TLC, Jeanette, Jazmine, Rebecca and Brandis. Also I will miss my Nurses Esther, Kay, and Rose for taking great care of me. I Love you girls and guy so much and I will miss you guys dearly. I will truly miss this place for all the staff and friends I made throughout my stay. It’s such a bittersweet goodbye.
