Just want to comment, how do you put a family member in a facility with no phone in their room, transferred directly from hospital and have had no communication with family member, I have not been able to even talk to anyone on how she is doing
I want to thank all staff CNA,Maintance,LVN all shift of waterman canyon i highly recommand anyone that come in stay here your in great care. A special thank you to activities department for always being there for me when i was at my lowest they always had way to cheer me up made me feel like i was home.
As I can in to see my dad, he was the happiest patient in the facility. The CNA Swana Hafok was with my dad and he wanted me to leave this review because she went above and beyond and helped my dad and you should have more CNA’s like her. !!
